It's Great to be Eight

I can hardly believe it!  Courtney is EIGHT!  Where did the time go?  Her birthday is May 7th and lucky for her it ended up being a Saturday this year, so she was able to be baptized on her actual birthday.

She was so excited and every time she would pass her Dad in the house she would beg him to practice dunking her.  He would be silly and pretend that he was going to hold her down for a long time just to get her good and clean.  He was so silly about it.  When the time came for him to actually dunk her, Dan ended up having to do it TWICE!  So I hope she did get extra clean.

Time passes so quickly and now that all of the girls are baptized, I suppose the next big church event is going to be a wedding!  GASP!  At least we know there are still at least a few more years before we have to worry about that.
