Disneyworld 2008

Dan and I were able to travel to Disneyworld for a week in April to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary. It was such a fun trip. It was nice to get a break from the kids! We stayed at the Pop Century Resort. It was such a fun place. We rode all the "must ride" things. We loved Expedition Everest. It is a great ride. We were able to enjoy a lovely dinner at Mama Melrose's Italiano Resturante at Hollywood Studios. Dan the camera man snapped 251 pictures, so we will be busy scrapbooking all of that! The weather was lovely compared to the yucky weather here in Wyoming! We also received a special treat of balloons with a anniversary card from Mickey in our room! 2008 is also the Year of a Million Dreams. We also had a magical moment granted by a member of the dream team when we came off Cinderella's Carousel in Fantasyland. They stopped us and sang Happy Anniversary to us right there. They gave us a certificate with our names on it and our special day. What a wonderful keepsake! I finally got ears too, I even had them embroidered with my name. It was a fabulous trip and it was nice to reconnect as sweethearts.
